At Erase That Ink, we believe that professional treatments should come with a friendly, personal experience. Ceri Chapman is our co-founder, joint CEO and operations director, helping to run our laser and aesthetics clinic in Newton Abbot while delivering treatments and supporting clients throughout their journey.
With Level 4 laser qualifications, specialist operator training and a genuine passion for helping people feel confident, Ceri combines professional knowledge with a bubbly, outgoing personality. Whether she's delivering laser tattoo removal, welcoming new clients or keeping everything running behind the scenes, she loves making people feel comfortable and cared for.
A PASSION FOR BEAUTY & HELPING PEOPLE
Ceri has always had a love for everything beauty-related, but it was her outgoing personality and enjoyment of meeting new people that made the laser and aesthetics industry such a natural fit.
She has always loved chatting, having a laugh and making people feel comfortable. Finding a career that combined those qualities with her interest in beauty treatments felt like the perfect opportunity.
For Ceri, the most rewarding part of her work is helping clients feel more confident while building genuine connections along the way.
She enjoys getting to know the people who visit Erase That Ink, understanding their reasons for seeking treatment and making every appointment feel relaxed and personal.

LASER TATTOO REMOVAL & ADVANCED AESTHETIC TREATMENTS
Ceri works across the full range of treatments available at Erase That Ink, but laser tattoo removal has a particularly special place in her heart.
She loves seeing the visible progress clients make and understanding the difference that removing or fading an unwanted tattoo can have on their confidence.
Tattoo removal is often a gradual process, sometimes taking more than a year. For Ceri, this creates an opportunity to build genuine relationships with the people she treats.
She enjoys seeing clients regularly, getting to know them and celebrating each stage of their progress. Some of those relationships have even developed into genuine friendships.
Alongside tattoo removal, Ceri also delivers treatments including laser hair removal, Morpheus8, 3D Vasculase thread vein removal and 3D Powersculpt body contouring.
She enjoys the variety of her role and the opportunity to help people with different concerns, goals and treatment journeys.

BORN & RAISED IN NEWTON ABBOT
Ceri was born and raised in Newton Abbot, so running a business in her hometown is particularly special to her.
She loves the strong sense of community in the area and enjoys the familiar faces that come with working locally.
Whether she's bumping into someone she's known for years or welcoming a completely new client, there's usually an opportunity for a good catch-up.
Ceri particularly enjoys how connected the local community feels, with so many people sharing mutual friends, family connections or familiar places.
OUTSIDE THE CLINIC
When she isn't busy running the clinic or treating clients, there's a good chance you'll find her spending time with her dog, Bagel.
Bagel is a huge part of her life, and they love going on long walks together or simply enjoying some well-earned downtime.
