At Erase That Ink, we believe that great treatments start with making every client feel comfortable, informed and confident. Lauren Neil is one of our qualified laser technicians in Newton Abbot, delivering laser tattoo removal, laser hair removal and Morpheus8 treatments at our clinic.
With Level 4 and Level 5 laser qualifications alongside Morpheus8 operator training, Lauren combines professional knowledge with a friendly, personal approach. She loves getting to know her clients, understanding what they want to achieve and supporting them throughout their treatment journey.
A PASSION FOR TREATMENTS & HELPING PEOPLE
Lauren has always enjoyed beauty treatments herself, but it was her love of meeting and talking to people that made working in the laser and aesthetics industry such a natural fit.
For Lauren, one of the most rewarding parts of the job is seeing the difference that the right treatment can make to someone's confidence.
She enjoys building relationships with clients, helping them feel relaxed during appointments and seeing their results develop over time.
There was also a personal connection to Erase That Ink from the beginning. With one of the clinic's owners already being one of Lauren's best friends, joining the team felt like becoming part of the Erase That Ink family.

One of the things Lauren enjoys most about her role is variety. Rather than specialising in only one treatment, she divides her time across laser tattoo removal, laser hair removal and Morpheus8.
Each treatment gives her the opportunity to help clients with very different goals. This could mean supporting someone who wants to fade or remove a tattoo they no longer love, helping a client achieve long-term hair reduction, or delivering Morpheus8 treatments for someone looking to improve their skin.
Lauren particularly enjoys following each client's progress and seeing their confidence develop alongside their results.
HELPING NERVOUS CLIENTS FEEL AT EASE
It's completely understandable to have questions or feel nervous before your first laser treatment. Lauren makes sure clients have plenty of time to understand what will happen before getting started.
She talks through the treatment step by step, explains what clients can expect and encourages them to ask as many questions as they need.
Most importantly, Lauren recognises that everyone's experience is different. Whether you're visiting for laser tattoo removal, laser hair removal or another treatment, she'll work at your pace and make sure you feel comfortable before proceeding.

WORKING IN NEWTON ABBOT & SOUTH DEVON
Lauren grew up in Ivybridge and has recently moved to Paignton, so South Devon has always been home.
She loves working at Erase That Ink, particularly because of the close relationship between everyone at the clinic. The team has become like one big family, with plenty of mutual respect and a genuine desire to see one another succeed.
That supportive atmosphere is something Lauren enjoys bringing into the experience clients receive when they visit too.
OUTSIDE THE CLINIC
When she's away from the clinic, Lauren loves making the most of her time with friends and family.

Living in Paignton also means she is never too far from the coast when she wants to switch off after a busy week at the clinic.
