MEET REBECCA - OUR VIRTUAL PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Behind every smooth-running clinic is a strong support system, and Rebecca plays a key role in making sure everything runs seamlessly at Erase That Ink.
Rebecca works as the Virtual Personal Assistant for Erase That Ink through her business, Inspired Business & Lifestyle, supporting the clinic with client enquiries, bookings, and day-to-day communications. Her role ensures everything runs efficiently behind the scenes so the practitioners can focus fully on delivering safe, effective treatments and outstanding results.
SUPPORTING EXCEPTIONAL CLIENT EXPERIENCES
Rebecca has always been passionate about helping businesses deliver outstanding client experiences.
Working within the aesthetics and laser treatment industry is particularly rewarding for her because these services can genuinely transform how people feel about themselves.
Having personally experienced laser hair removal and tattoo removal treatments, Rebecca understands first-hand the positive impact they can have - not just physically, but in terms of confidence as well.
This perspective helps her communicate with clients in a way that feels understanding, supportive, and informative from the very first enquiry.
KNOWLEDGE & CLINIC COLLABORATION
While Rebecca is not a practitioner and does not perform treatments, she works closely with the clinical team to maintain a strong understanding of the services offered at Erase That Ink.
Her role focuses on ensuring every client receives:
-
Clear and accurate information
-
Helpful guidance when choosing treatments
-
A smooth and stress-free booking process
-
Prompt responses to enquiries
All treatments at Erase That Ink are carried out by fully qualified and certified practitioners, ensuring the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
MAKING CLIENTS FEEL COMFORTABLE FROM THE FIRST MESSAGE
For many clients, sending the first enquiry can feel like the biggest step.
Rebecca understands this and ensures every conversation is handled with warmth, clarity, and professionalism. She takes the time to answer questions thoroughly, explain how the process works, and make sure clients feel fully informed before attending their consultation.
Her goal is for every client to feel confident, comfortable, and supported before they even step into the clinic.

WORKING LOCALLY IN DEVON
Rebecca is based in Teignmouth, just a short distance from the Newton Abbot clinic.
Although her role is primarily virtual, being nearby means she can regularly visit the clinic to stay connected with the team - and occasionally book herself in for treatments too!
Being part of a local business that helps people feel more confident is something she genuinely enjoys.
OUTSIDE OF WORK
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending time with family and friends and making the most of life outside the office.
Some of her favourite ways to relax include:
-
Travelling and exploring new places around the world
-
Going to concerts
-
Singing in a local pop choir
These hobbies give her a great balance between work and personal life.

THINKING ABOUT BOOKING A CONSULTATION?
Rebecca’s advice to anyone considering a consultation is simple:
Try not to overthink it.
A consultation is simply an opportunity to ask questions, explore your options, and receive honest, professional advice from the team. There is no pressure - just guidance to help you make the right decision for you.
Often, taking that first step is the beginning of feeling more confident and comfortable in yourself.
